I managed a respectable 1h33 yesterday with a strong swim, bike and a not so strong run, but I made it round in one piece without blisters (those extra seconds in transition spent putting on socks were well worth it!) and the promise of heavy rain didn’t materialise for which my spectators were particularly grateful!
