Simple, but powerful, concepts backed up by impressive research. This business book rates as one of my all time favourites. Recommended by my husband, I devoured each CD often listening to sections twice and making notes so that I really understood the principles. As a visual thinker I really connected with the Hedgehog concept and the imagery conjured up by getting the right people on my bus, the wrong people off my bus and turning the fly wheel. I have recently introduced the Hedgehog Concept to my team and am looking forward to seeing what concept we create and rally behind together. |
