Coaching frameworks are something that I have come to value as a useful way of structuring a coaching conversation. The Skilled Helper model features highly in this book, but this book is so much more than just about a framework. This book also includes a great chapter on choosing a coach and how you get the best out of being a coaching client/learner, as well as using case studies from the public (NHS) and private sectors. |
