		<description>Great list and fabulous food for thought.

I have a couple of others which work for me:
- taking an evening ride on my bicycle, especially with my family
- doing something for a charity. There&#039;s a great sense of purpose in raising some funds or awareness for a good cause
- taking some time out in an art gallery
- finding the time to read a page-turning novel - sheer bliss.</description>
