I’ll start by saying “Thank you” to Andy Hargreaves for giving me a compelling purpose prior to attending the National College Annual Conference. I put my name down for his fringe seminar tomorrow morning, the attendance of which required I had read his book “the Fourth Way”.
“This is a sales gimic” I thought, but was so glad I did follow his advice as this book has ticked so many of my “yes, Yes, YES!” boxes that I am already thinking and planning how I can embed his structures and philosophies into my strategy thinking.
I’m really looking forward to hearing what the man himself has to say in the morning.
(Shhhhh don’t tell Andy that I haven’t quite finished his book yet.)
