Grow Your Own Leaders from BlueKiteCoach is a unique, cost-effective service that provides you with tried and trusted learning that you can use again and again to develop home-grown leaders right across your school.

Step 1: Gather together volunteer Leaders of Learning (LOL) – a sense of humour is not essential but it does help if your LOLs can laugh out loud!

Any adult in your school can be a LOL perhaps your new deputy head, an aspiring leader, a teaching assistant or maybe one of your governors would love the opportunity to use their talents to benefit your school while learning even more about how your staff ticks?

Step 2: Come along to one of our Taster Events with your LOL to experience the quality and effectiveness of our learning and discover for yourselves which learning you need and how to deliver it.

Step 3: Take away a Grow Your Own Leaders Starter Kit full of all the resources you need to deliver fun, engaging and memorable learning in your staffroom over and over again.

Step 4: Watch videos of Leaders of Learning delivering learning obstacles to their teams and share your experiences with other like-minded school leaders on a private forum exclusively for those who work in schools.
