Hannah Jones - I help teachers flyHannah Jones‘ learning journey has been creative, fun and, above all, filled with passion and enthusiasm. As the daughter of two teachers Hannah has experienced many of teachings highs, lows, successes and frustrations. Her learning journey has never been more than a step away from the education profession. Most recently, following a desire to be an active member of her community, she spent a fascinating and rewarding six years as a primary school governor and preschool chair.

Hannah lives with her husband and two school age sons on the Oxfordshire, Wiltshire, Gloucestershire border. Together they enjoy geocaching, creating ‘stuff’, reading, cutting and sticking, cooking, indoor space station’ building, cycling and bubble blowing.

Helene Cooper - BlueKiteCoach AssociateHelene Cooper following a successful career in marketing in the corporate world and wanting to build on the key people skills that enabled this success, trained as a coach-mentor with The OCM (Oxford School of Coaching and Mentoring) and belongs to both The European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and the Association for Coaching (AC).
Helene applies her creative, flexible and thought provoking approach to provide a structured and safe space where clients have the time to think and the freedom to explore options. What Helene is passionate about is helping clients increase in self confidence and take control of their own professional and personal life.

Lucy Faulkner
is a coach and a mentor who combines these skills with her experiences as a leader and manager to help people set and achieve realistic goals that will bring about improved performance. She has a reflective and responsive style of coaching that builds an honest and trusting relationship with people. She holds an OCM Diploma in Professional Mentoring and Coaching and is a Time To Think coach and originally trained as a teacher before moving to a successful career in business. Lucy is passionate about helping people grow and develop and her style of coaching and mentoring can be summarised as ‘supporting people with a safe space to think and a safe place to grow’.

Stuart LewisStuart Lewis has a broad range of experience gained from working across many industry sectors from utilities to banks through to Hedge Fund Managers and Headmasters. His work has been focused on facilitating improved performance at both the individual and team level.He has held a number of directorships over the years and currently Chairs the Board of Governors of Aldenham School and The Hertfordshire Community Foundation. He is a Deputy Lieutenant for the County of Hertford and a Freeman of the City of London.

Joy Buckingham - BlueKiteCoach AssociateJoy Buckingham became a coach through preparation and a desire to learn. Joy is patient person, coupled with her ‘can do and will do ‘attitude, allows Joy to see the big picture in detail, she brings new thinking as well as experience to a discussion, resilient, warm, professional, good listener yet asks challenging questions.
Joy is warm and encouraging yet willing to challenge thinking that may be holding back potential.
Joy’s biggest motivation is seeing people develop beyond what they initially thought was impossible to achieve.

Aimee Kentish - BlueKiteCoach AssociateAimee Kentish gained a 2:1 Public Relations degree from Bournemouth University and has worked in the PR and communications industry for more than 7 years. During this time, and in her first management role, she experienced working with a coach to develop her managerial skills. This experience was so enlightening that it inspired Aimee to become a coach training with the OCM and achieved the Advanced Diploma in Coach-Mentoring.
Aimee gives clients 100% attention and listens with an open mind. Using her intuition and coaching experience to help clients to identify their goals. I am open and honest and ask probing questions to explore each individual scenario to help the coaches to uncover their solutions.
Coaching as a whole makes Aimee excited and is passionate about being a coach. Currently, she is really interested in how a person can increase their self-awareness and emotional maturity/emotional intelligence (EI) to become more effective.
